DP Electric is proud to announce the addition of our new Human Resources Director, Siobahn Carragher, a strategic, people-focused leader who will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and strengthening our culture.
With a strong background in culture-driven leadership, Siobahn brings extensive experience in building and developing HR departments to support multi-state operations. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to mentorship and team development, helping HR professionals grow while ensuring organizations have the structure and support needed to succeed.
As DP Electric continues to expand, having the right leadership in place is essential. Siobahn Carragher’s experience scaling HR functions aligns perfectly with our trajectory as a company. Her ability to foster strong internal teams while maintaining a people-first approach makes her a valuable addition to our management team.
In this role, she will oversee both Human Resources and Payroll & Benefits functions, ensuring alignment across all employee-focused initiatives.
This includes:
- Human Resources: Employee engagement and appreciation, onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee relations
- Payroll & Benefits: Payroll operations, benefits administration, and compensation
By bringing these functions together under one leader, DP Electric is further strengthening our commitment to supporting employees at every stage of their journey.
