If you want to become an electrician in Arizona or Texas, DP University is one of the fastest and most affordable ways to get there. Our four-year apprenticeship program combines NCCER-accredited classroom instruction with paid, hands-on field experience on some of the Southwest’s most complex projects: mission-critical data centers, large-scale semiconductor facilities, healthcare facilities, and aviation.
The program is offered at no cost to DP Electric employees. You are hired first, then you train. That means you earn a paycheck and benefits from day one while working toward a nationally recognized credential, and you graduate with skills instead of student loans. Classes are taught at our DP University Training Center by the same field leaders who guide you on the jobsite.
Empowering growth at every stage of your career
DP University extends beyond our apprenticeship program. It is a company-wide training program that includes leadership development, technical courses, and professional growth opportunities for every employee. By making education free and accessible, we empower our team to keep advancing their skills and building long-term careers.
