Jim Hughes, Purchasing Director
Jim Hughes has been promoted to Purchasing Director. With 33 years at DP Electric, Jim has been a cornerstone of the Purchasing Department, helping shape its operations and vision from the ground up. In this expanded role, Jim will focus on developing the next generation of purchasing leadership while partnering with the Director team to advance processes and strengthen the vendor and internal partnerships that fuel our growth across Arizona and Texas.
Matt Boswell, Purchasing Manager, Arizona
Matt Boswell has been promoted to Purchasing Manager for Arizona. Matt brings over 20 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in vendor relationships, procurement strategy, and leading high-performing teams. His leadership at DP Electric has been outstanding, and in this role he will oversee purchasing operations out of our Phoenix home office, supporting our continued expansion across the state and the broader Southwest.
James Solsvik, Purchasing Manager, Texas
James Solsvik is stepping into the exciting new role of Purchasing Manager for Texas. James has been with DP Electric for 14 years, consistently excelling in vendor relations, procurement, and field communication. He will relocate to Austin to lead purchasing efforts for the region, building strong vendor partnerships and driving the operational success of our growing Texas office.
