As data centers continue to advance and require more energy to power them, one major trend we are seeing is the use of liquid cooling. Unlike air cooling which uses fans and air conditioning to remove heat, liquid cooling is a closed-loop system where liquid coolant circulates to absorb and dissipate heat. This offers higher efficiency and space-saving benefits. Our team is also seeing a trend in new data centers moving from colocation facilities to larger hyperscale data centers, which means bigger projects for one user instead of having a data center with multiple clients.
On each project we build, safety is at the heart of our work. We prioritize best practices for safety and collaborate closely with all stakeholders and trades to build projects that meet the highest standards. As a company, we are on track to complete 11 white space tenant fit outs, 1 core and shell, and 1 ground-up enterprise mission critical data center projects by the end of 2025.
