DP Electric is excited to announce that we have secured 7th at the 2024 Top Workplaces Arizona awards! Top Workplaces celebrates companies nationally who have prioritized a “people-centered” culture, as determined by feedback from the employees of participating companies. DP Electric’s President, Danielle Puente was also awarded the Large Company Leadership Award.

Over the past 30+ years, DP Electric has quickly become one Arizona’s leading electrical contractors, contributing to many of Arizona’s notable projects. Since then, we have grown significantly, now with over 850 employees, expanding into Texas, opening our in-house 4-year apprenticeship program, and becoming 100% employee-owned! These milestones reflect the commitment to what is best for our people.
DP Electric puts an emphasis on training and providing our employees with the right opportunities to reach their career growth. DP University, our in-house, 4-year apprenticeship program, offered at no cost to our employees, features two classrooms and a state-of-the-art training lab.

While Dan Puente, the owner, remains the CEO, DP Electric today is run under the guidance of our President, Danielle Puente.

Under her leadership over the past two years, DP Electric has surpassed company goals and nearly doubled in size. She has also led the company’s expansion into Texas.
