Central Station – Mixed-Use Project of the Year
Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Central Station brings together two residential towers—Maeve and ANOVA—into a 1,000,000 square-foot community designed for connection. With residential, retail, dining, and office space all in one place, the development creates a true live, work, and gather environment.
Our team delivered the full electrical scope that powers this dynamic project, helping bring new energy to the city we call home. The project was constructed by Layton Construction.
Dutch Bros Corporate Office – Office Interiors Project of the Year
The Dutch Bros Corporate Office in Tempe, Arizona sets a new standard for workplace design, reflecting the brand’s energetic culture and rapid growth. This 136,000 square-foot tenant improvement was built to foster collaboration and creativity.
In partnership with Wespac Construction, our team helped bring this dynamic space to life, supporting an environment filled with unique amenities including a pickleball court, massage room, hype tunnel, arcade, fitness center, and scenic break areas.
The result is a workplace that is as engaging and high-performing as the team it supports, demonstrating how thoughtful design and strong collaboration can redefine the modern office experience.
Phoenix Children’s Hospital Arrowhead Campus – Healthcare Project of the Year
The Phoenix Children’s Hospital Arrowhead Campus has been recognized as Healthcare Project of the Year at the 2026 RED Awards, highlighting its impact on expanding pediatric care in the West Valley.
This 186,000 square-foot facility was designed to support specialized healthcare services, including an emergency department, imaging and surgical suites, patient rooms, and dedicated child life and play areas. Every detail was thoughtfully designed with patients and families in mind.
In partnership with Kitchell, our team contributed to the electrical systems that power this state of the art facility, supporting critical infrastructure where reliability and performance are essential.
This project reflects the long-term community impact that define meaningful healthcare construction.
EMD Electronics – Industrial Project of the Year (Less Than 100,000 SF)
The EMD Electronics facility in Chandler, Arizona has been recognized for excellence in industrial construction, earning Industrial Project of the Year (Less Than 100,000 SF) at the 2026 RED Awards.
In partnership with Willmeng Construction, our team helped deliver a facility that supports semiconductor innovation through advanced manufacturing environments. The project plays a key role in expanding production capabilities for critical systems serving the rapidly growing electronics industry.
Our scope included electrical, telecom and data, HVAC, and fire alarm systems across this highly coordinated space, ensuring the infrastructure meets the demands of high-tech manufacturing.
This project reflects the continued growth of Arizona’s semiconductor industry and DP Electric’s commitment to supporting complex, high-performance facilities.
