DP Electric’s Downtown Phoenix Central Station Project team is proud to announce the “topping out” of this impressive development. This marks a significant step in the construction process, signifying the completion of the structural framework for the building.
DP Electric was excited to be selected as the electrical partner on this staple project with Layton Construction. The mixed-use complex, encompassing commercial, residential, and retail spaces and boasts an impressive array of over 13,500 light fixtures and over 110,000 feet of feeder runs. Spanning across the entire project, the two towers will house approximately 800 residential units distributed across 53 floors!
