Our BIM/VDC team collaborates closely with field leadership and our in-house prefab shop to streamline installation and reduce rework. By modeling systems in advance, we identify clashes early, improve coordination, and ensure every detail is build-ready before it hits the jobsite. With capabilities up to LOD 450, we provide the detailed design support needed to meet the demands of any project.
Our prefabrication team builds smarter, safer, and faster by assembling critical components in a controlled environment before they reach the jobsite. We have the capability to prefabricate conduit racks, branch wiring, panels, lighting assemblies, underground, full skids, and much more, all tailored to project specifications. This approach improves quality, reduces installation time, and enhances safety by minimizing onsite congestion. DP Electric’s Special Projects Division is designed for flexibility, speed, and service. It includes two dedicated teams: our Special Projects Group and our Service Department. The Special Projects Group focuses on smaller-scale builds, typically under $5 million, often working directly with owners to deliver fast-track projects with minimal disruption. Our Service Department handles ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency electrical calls, keeping facilities running safely and efficiently.
