Player 15 Group HQ & Mercury Training Facility

Our team was proud to partner with Okland Construction on the new Player 15 Headquarters in downtown Phoenix, a groundbreaking facility that redefines what a professional sports training and operations center can be. Located in the city’s warehouse district, the project transformed a 1960s Coors warehouse into a 123,000 SF athletic campus that now serves as the headquarters for both the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury organizations. 

The project combined adaptive reuse with a 58,000 SF ground-up expansion, creating a space that supports every aspect of performance and team culture. The new Mercury practice facility features two indoor practice courts equipped with real-time performance analytics, a strength training gym, hydrotherapy rooms, and a film room. Beyond training, the building includes a player lounge, dining area, family room, full-service cafeteria, and nutrition bar, all designed to help athletes recover, refuel, and connect as a team.
