DP Electric was excited to partner with the City of Phoenix and McCarthy Building Company on the ground-up Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminal 4 South Concourse. The new concourse brings 8 new passenger gates to the Southwest Airlines space as well as numerous new shops, restaurants, and a 100,000+ SF passenger bridge that connects the new terminal to the existing Terminal 4. Our scope began with a multi-stage enabling project to get the site ready for construction before the build-out of the new concourse. The project was awarded the 2022 ENR Southwest Airport Project of the Year.
