DP Electric worked with Ryan Companies to complete the twelve story Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Phoenix. The 1920’s electrical work deemed inoperative was removed and new power, lightning and fire alarm systems were installed to the 150,000 SF building. Delicate work strategies were implemented to preserve three original marble elevators, a basement vault and other features of this famous building. The project transformed the art deco skyscraper into a modern hotel.
