DP Electric worked with Wespac Construction on the 60-acre development at Rio 2100. This development consisted of three 4-story class-A office buildings along with three parking garages, and two other smaller office buildings. The entire project was broken out into 5 phases, and our team was responsible for phases 2, 3, and 5. Tenants of the complex included Freedom Financial Services, Achieve, Morgan Stanley, and more.
