City of Hope Phoenix Surgery Expansion

Our team partnered with Ryan Companies on the phased expansion of the City of Hope Goodyear campus in Goodyear, AZ. The project included the buildout of four new operating rooms, 15 pre-op/PACU bays, and a tenant improvement of the existing surgical wing. Our scope also involved the construction of a new electrical room housing critical, normal, and emergency power panels, transformers, and isolated power systems serving each operating room. Power was extended approximately 700 feet from the existing electrical room to support the new infrastructure, with all shutdowns carefully planned and executed during normal operating hours to minimize impacts to hospital operations.
