DP Electric was proud to partner on this project with Layton Construction. This 850,000 SF distribution facility serves as an expansion to their Goodyear facility, where they will be able to store and bottle cans after production. There is also 60,000 SF of Class A office space, featuring spectacular amenities such as a full-size basketball court, spacious locker and shower rooms, state-of-the-art gym, break-out work areas, and a full-size model airplane suspended from the roof structure in the main lobby!
