DP Electric collaborated with Wespac to complete the Tenant Improvement office building for Dutch Bros Coffee headquarters in Tempe, AZ. This dynamic space includes a blend of creative meeting rooms, open offices, and executive suites, all designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The building also features a pickleball court, massage room, hype tunnel, arcade, fitness room, and a scenic break room, creating an energetic and engaging environment for everyone.
