Goodyear, AZ, August 10, 2020 — DP Electric recently completed the new Goodyear Civic Square complex!
DP Electric was very excited to get the opportunity to partner with Ryan Companies on the all new Goodyear Civic square. This project consisted of a four-story City Hall building, a three-story class A office building, and a large parking garage all in the heart of Goodyear, Arizona. Occupants of the building began moving in at the end of July.
A few of the features of this multi year-long project include a two-story library (twice as big as the old one), a large community meeting room, office space, and a new council chamber. Directly in the center of the property is a large outdoor park area with the idea in mind to have plenty of space for community festivals, parades, holiday celebrations, and a relaxing area for residents.
