DP Electric partnered with DPR Construction on the first phase of this advanced chip manufacturing facility, approximately a 30,000-square-foot facility, supporting op rations for a leading supplier of equipment used by semiconductor manufacturers. The project included two specialized cleanrooms, Levels 6 and 7, along with a small office renovation, break room, utility support area, and warehouse space.
DP Electric’s scope included the refurbishment and reuse of existing electrical gear, installation of new 480V and 1 20/240V distribution panels, two 112.5 kVA transformers, and cable tray infrastructure for special systems. Working within an existing facility required careful coordination of new electrical infrastructure with existing systems while supporting the requirements of the cleanroom and utility spaces.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 , DP Electric and DPR are continuing the partnership in to Phase 2, further building on the project knowledge and working relationships established during the initial build-out
