Located in Tempe, AZ, The Beam on Farmers, is the first ever Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) building to be built in the state of Arizona. DP Electric worked closely with Mortenson Construction on the 184,000 sf, 5-story office building along with a 6-story parking garage that holds 801 spaces.
