The Phoenician
DP Electric Inc. worked with Perini Construction through a number of significant challenges to deliver the 50,000 SF ballroom complex on time and within budget. Among the most daunting was maintaining the Five Diamonds resort’s reputation while construction was taking place. To add to the complexity of the project, the freestanding structure physically connects to the Phoenician’s existing meeting space.
