DP Electric just finished up 4th-floor TI buildout of the Morgan Stanley office with Jokake Construction in Tempe. This 60,000 SF TI is fitted with a large modern break area, conference rooms, beautiful lighting fixtures, and much more. DP Electric was also the electrical contractor to build the core and shell.
