DP Electric just finished up the Farmers Insurance tenant improvement project with Ryan Companies in North Phoenix. This 150,000 SF building is fitted with a Starbucks café, multiple kitchens, conference rooms, training rooms, call centers and offices. It will be a great addition to the existing Farmers building next door!
