Words of Wisdom from a Seasoned Foreman

Eric Habermann, a 34 year veteran electrician and five year DP employee is a standout member of the crew. Since joining us as a General Foreman in March of 2011, Eric has become a respected leader within our organization. This second-generation electrician began his career in Long Island, NY, where he completed his apprenticeship in his teens and progressed to the role of Foreman by age 26.

Eric believes that the biggest key to his success in the industry is his people and he stands by the philosophy that it’s all about getting your crew to “buy-in”. This means extending an open line of communication and support that allows for a collaborative, humble working environment. “Guys are more open to what you have to say when you show that you respect them and the work that they do.” To those hoping to advance in the trade, he offers the advice that “to succeed, you must be willing to work hard and take initiative.” Well said, Eric. We are lucky to have a leader that embodies DP’s mantra of dependable people providing dependable performance so seamlessly. Thank you for all that you do!

DP Electric is proud to rank among the valley's major electrical contractors and was recently named a "Top Company to Work For in Arizona." We are always looking to expand our team of talented craftsman.
